If you are not planning to attend the American Library Association's 1994
Annual Conference in Miami Beach this weekend, go ahead and hit the delete
key now.
 
If you are planning to be in Miami Beach, please consider volunteering to
staff the MAGERT (Map and Geography Round Table) Exhibit Booth sometime
during the conference.  The Exhibit Hours are
 
         Sat, June 25 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
         Sun, June 26 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
         Mon, June 27 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
         Tue, June 28 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
 
If you can spare just a half hour to staff the booth, it would be greatly
appreciated.  You can send me an e-mail message before Friday, June 24 to
volunteer, or you can stop by the booth at the Exhibits and volunteer on the
spot!
