Subject: Looking for medieval maps of England

I’m not a member of this listserv and hope that you could send any
responses to me directly. I received this request from one of our
professors and was referred to this list in hopes that you might be able
to help:
“The maps for England that I seek can be described as follows:
1. Land mass with the first divisions made by William I (perhaps in the
/Domesday Book /1085), but perhaps earlier because folks held the land
when he conquered in 1066.
2. Land mass showing land held by ecclesiastical persons, monasteries,
abbeys, etc. Before the dissolution began mid-1530’s.
3. Land mass showing property held by private persons after sales peaked
(approximately 1620)”
Thanks.
