Any thoughts from other map librarians regarding this email or their

the past ... ?

The Cataloging Policy and Support Office would like to call Autocat users'
attention to a proposed change in policy for establishing subject and name
headings for government-designated parks and forests, such as national
parks, state forests, etc. The proposal has been posted on our Web site
at
http://www.loc.gov/catdir/cpso/parks.html
Comments are invited and must be received by December 31, 2004.
