Hello all.
I did reply to Greg privately, but just for the sake of spreading the
word, I would urge people to take a look at the recent releases of
geographic reference products on CD-ROM coming out of Microsoft. I'll
state up front that I work for MS as a geographer, so you can take my
recommendation with or without any possible bias. Take a look for
yourselves at products like Encarta 96 World Atlas and the Automap line of
products (incidentally the latest versions of these products will be due
out in the fall). I won't try to bias you with my own comments, just
take a look and judge for yourselves.
