In Phillip C. Muehrcke MAP USE, Reading, Analysis, and Interpretation
(1983), there are two maps which are what you want. However they are
small, and based on 1970 data. If you have the book, see Figures 2.28
and 2.29, pp. 78-79. Hopefully you can find a larger later version.
