Upon my return from vacation this morning, I found a note from Grand
Teton Lodge Company informing me that the menu schedule in the Mural
Room has changed. Therefore, instead of the choices given in the
registration packet, the menu options for the banquet at the Fall,
1994 WAML meeting in the Mural Room at Jackson Lake Lodge will be:
Mural Room Trout. Sauteed trout served with almonds and lemon butter
sauce & broiled red bliss potatoes.
Scallopini of Turkey Breast with sage spatzle and mushroom ragout.
Broiled New York Cut Sirloin Steak (12 oz.) with crisp fried onions
and a baked potato.
Eggplant lasagne. Eggplant layered with ricotta and other cheeses
and tomato fondue.
Each of these items will be served with a vegetable and salad, soup or
consomme. Cost remains the same.
Please note which item you wish on your registration slip when you
return it.
