          Please advise if there is a more recent subscriber list to
          MAPS-L.  I have two lists (A-L & M-Z) by Chris Baruth dated
          11/03/93.  This is an alphabetical list of people and has
          been very helpful. Is it available somewhere at UGA DOT EDU?
          By the way, an alphabetical list of people is certainly to
          be recognized as a major work-load and is much appreciated,
          but how about also a listing by Country? University?
          Government Agency? Company?  That would be really terrific.
