          we're buying the usgs backfile of 7.5- and 15-minute
          quadrangles on microfilm. these are the same rolls issued to
          usgs/esic state affiliates. we cannot find master or model
          cataloging records for this series. if anyone has created
          any, state-by-state or a master record for the series, would
          you please send me a sample?
 
          the quads are indexd by microfilm roll and frame number on
          the "Map and Chart Information System." We are unable to
          find a master serial record for the fiche version of that
          index. Does anyone have a clue as to why, or where to find
          one?
