A patron here wants to locate on a map some land that his
great-grandfather once owned in Canada. He has this legal
description of 160 acres of land on Last Mountain Lake in
Saskatchewan:
East 1/2 of Section 15, Township 8, Range 33, West of the
Principal Meridian.
Can someone tell me how to find out where this is? The patron
has a few other legal descriptions of land in Canada which he'd
also like to locate on maps. How can he go about this? I know
what to do to answer such questions about land in the U.S., but
I've never had anyone ask these questions about land in Canada
before. Thank you in advance for helping!
