Ken,
There are many Wyoming Sanborns that are part of the Sanborn Digital
Database. This is a subscription only database that incorporates the
collections at the Library of Congress. Most large research libraries
and universities subscribe. You should check the digital list of the
available maps at
http://www.loc.gov/rr/geogmap/

I have a patron seeking “access to digital Sanborn maps of Evanston,
Wyoming.” Initial poking around has not uncovered any scanned
versions.
LC hasn’t done it yet. Does anyone know of any that this person
could
access online?
