gis lite?!
anyone run into this little plugin before? i'm not sure i want it on my
desktop. is it in a class we could catagorize in some basic way
(perhaps, usable/unusable)? segway from there into decelerations on
software we will/won't support? or is that the job of ACS?

There is a site with data and a shape file of county from an ArcMap 9.0
map, a .cvs and a nice Java visualization tool called ESTAT with the
election data at
