All,
I have a current research project on the history of black elected official in the U.S. A problem that I have is identifying the counties in which districts with BEOs served. I missed the "dude" with the paper mentioned but really need access to these maps....shapefiles would be gravy! Any info on how to contact this person or other leads?
Thanks,
Frank

Hi, folks - Did anybody pursue the dude from Carnegie Mellon? Given the
paper he presented, I'd think they'd have to have shapefiles. v
