We are trying to locate the following (preferably borrowable copies).
Needed by two UC Davis professors who are preparing a 19th century reconstruction
of the area in GIS. They want the 1922 series rather than the 1960s
revision because the roads and built-up areas of towns are
closer to the 19th-century reconstruction they will be doing. (They
only want sheets at 1:50,000, and I believe those before 1922 are not at
this scale).
France topographic sheets 1:50,000, Type 1922
(Institut geographique national, Carte de France au 1:50,000)
XVI/40 Losse
XVI/41 Cazaubon
XVII/37 Duras
XVII/39 Tonneins
XVIII/37 Eymet
XVIII/39 Villeneuve
XIX/37 Belves
XXIX/40 Valence
XX/37 Gourdon
XX/40 Moissac

(Will forward info to UC Davis -- their map librarian, Dave Lundquist, is
currently on vacation)
