The Coalition for Networked Information, along with the Council on Library
Resources, the Kennedy School of Government, and Harvard Law School,
co-sponsored the conference, "Economics of Digital Information and
Intellectual Property," January 21-23, 1997. It was an objective of this
symposium "to broaden and deepen understanding of emerging economic and
business models for global publishing and information access and the
attendant transformation of...information markets, institutions, and
businesses."
