        Hi Folks,

        For those of you interested in the threats to information, there is an
        intersting article in the July 8, 2003 Washington Post on how a
student's
        dissertation is raising questions about national security because of
the
        maps he created.  Although the information is in the public domain,
some
        say that the dissertation includes sensitive information that could
        threaten national security.
