I just learned yesterday that James Brubaker, convicted of stealing books and maps from over 100 libraries, was released in May. He is on parole and probation and I believe he is not allowed to leave the state of Montana. He is living in Billings. You can see his photograph at http://tinyurl.com/jbrubaker
