Kovel's June 1996 newsletter for collectors
has a nice article about antique globes:
"A well-rounded collection".
It was inspired by recent auction conducted
in Boston by Skinner, Inc. The globes, which
sold at prices ranging from $1,035 to $24,150
had been disaccessioned from an educational
institution.
The article includes 8 clear photos, along
with interesting general information.
