Can EXLIBRIS subscribers tell me how Sanborn Fire Insurance maps (late
19th and early 20th century) are handled in their libraries? Housed in
Special Collections, in a map library, in reference or? Are any
restrictions placed on their use e.g. staff only retrieve, etc? Is
copying permitted?
I appreciate any guidance you can provide.
