Look at the North American Numbering Plan Administration web site at
http://www.nanpa.com for the most current info on area code assignments, and
some maps they have which were generated by Geographic Data Technology (GDT)
for them (not cross referenced by county). To compare county and Area code
boundaries (which are often not related), you will proabably have to get
area code GIS data from any of the number of suppliers who maintain that
sort of thing, and make your own.
