Is anyone out there interested in a 39" diameter light-up globe sculpture of
the Dymaxion Map?
 
Levi-Strauss & Co. manufactured 100 globe sculptures to used as part of a
national promotion campaign for department stores.  Levi-Strauss has now
donated 60 of them to the Buckminster Fuller Institute, which is here is
Santa Barbara. The BFI would like to sell the sculptures for $370.00
($300.00 for members) per globe, but they are also donating 15 of them to
non-profit educational organizations.
