        There are often some conflicts in this area for the unusual situation on
the Potomac River where Maryland "OWNS" the entire river, bank to bank as
it flows past Virginia and West Virginia. Fishing agreement has been, in
the past, a matter of controversy where WVA and VA folks could fish but I
believe that now-a-days, they can fish both sides of the river and all is
well.
