The closest thing I know of electronically is a GIF map of the Metro
system of
Paris. It can found at
Colin's listing of Internet Resources on transportation
anonymous ftp: mcs.com
directory /mcsnet.users/weyand/rec.models.railroad
URL: http://www.mcs.net/~weyand/home.html
another site for GIF maps of Paris is
* gopher: gutentag.cc.columbia.edu
directory: fun/pictures/art-history
but I think these are historic maps.
