This problem (booklets distributed without maps) has been reported to
LPS previously, but no response has come yet. I believe that GPO prints
the booklets and USGS prints the maps. Some pamphlets have previously
come from GPO only to be followed by envelopes containing both pamphlets
+ folded maps.
We can hope that the problem will be resolved through better
coordingation between GPO and USGS so that there will be only a single
distribution of complete sets, as the publisher intended.
