This is [UK] Admiralty Hydrographic Office Chart No.259 'Baltic Sea'. The
2000 edition of 'Catalogue of Admiralty charts and publications' (NP 131)
describes this 'International chart' as being at scale of 1:1 500 000, first
published July 1995, 'new edition' dated June 1997.
