Subject: OCLC Name Authority Problem--fixed

For those of you who catalog on OCLC, please note that the Name Authority
problem we reported yesterday has been fixed.  UNS staff reported the
following: "OCLC is pleased to inform you that the Authority Name File
problem reported earlier was resolved as of 2:32 a.m., EDT on August, 1st.
The OCLC Services were offline from 2:00 a.m. to 2:32 a.m. while staff
worked to correct the problem. The scan for personal names (sca pn) now
works for all names. Thank you for your patience."
