Subject: Russian map exhibit?

A patron thinks that there was an exhibit/event in 1999 in Russia whereby maps of Russia done by foreign cartographers were shown.These are the only details that I can provide. Please reply to me personally and not the lists. He thinks that perhaps there was a booklet produced and it is that he is most interested in acquiring.
