I am looking for a memory "jogger" regarding a project perhaps 10 years
ago centered in a map library or university geography department which
correlated 19th century census enumeration with homes and addresses
shown on Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps. My recollection was that the
project focused on a large, possibly Midwestern city. Any leads would be
appreciated, as a local professor is contemplating such a project.
