          Last July's "New Pubs of the USGS" (p.11) listed a "special
          map:" The North American vegetation index map, developed and
          produced jointly by: U.S. Geological Survey and Canada
          Centre for Remote Sensing, 1:12,500,000 1993. $3.50
 
          Was this depository, in Canada or U.S.? I can't find other
          than at UCLA Geology Library.
