Hello,
I wanted to let you know that there is an article about the U.S. Board
on Geographic Names in today's USA Today. It is about the town of
Frytown, Iowa, which does not appear on Mapquest or Yahoo maps (or the
USGS maps for that matter). Interesting history on where the "official"
name for the place comes from.
