Hi.

I was wondering if anyone knew when USGS "declared" that the 15-minute
topographic series for the United States was out-of-print/would no
longer be updated or printed.

I vaguely remember stories about topos on pallets on loading docks --
probably sometime in the late 1980s or early 1990s.
