After talking to Tuvaluan students at our University, they confirm my
suspicions, after working in neighboring Kiribati, that all of Tuvalu is
atolls and therefore 5m would be a generous elevation. Nautical charts
I'm familiar with usually describe the islands elevation as the top of
the coconut trees (80'-100') which are the first to appear on the horizon.
