Dear Carmon:

Please forgive me!  I am in the midst of directing the Georgia Repertory
show afternoons and evenings.  It has meant that I have very little time
left for other duties.  You had asked Don and me about meeting on either
the 5th or the 8th of February and you have also made arrangements for
the retreat on the 16th in Atlanta.  Clearly I was not there on the
5th.  I have only an hour or so open this afternoon from 2:15 to 3:30.
I will be tied up most of the day on the 16th.  In other words I am
reneging on everything associated with ICE.  At least we have David
Saltz carrying on in full collaboration.  Once this show goes up, on
February 21st, I can return to something like normalcy.  Let me know if
you can find a time between now and the 16th to talk with Don and me. I
appologize, Carmon.
