5th Athens MLK Day Parade and Music Fest 2021

To honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, and to promote unity and justice, the Athens Anti-Discrimination Movement and the United Group of Artists Music Association are proud to host the 5th annual MLK Day Caravan Parade and Music Fest! 

The parade will begin at 3 PM in front of the Morton Theatre, on the corner of Hull and Washington Street. After the parade, stick around for the Honoree Ceremony at 4 PM, featuring African American elders and pioneers of Athens, Georgia! Social distancing will be encouraged – don’t forget your masks. Free and open to public spectators!
