Dear ICE Members,

Plans are set for us all to gather in Atlanta on February 16,
2001 at the University of Georgia Alumni Club. We'll begin our meeting
promptly at 10:00a.m. and will have lunch provided for us around noon.
I expect we will be done with our meeting at around 5:00p.m. We
were unable to pre-arrange a dinner for the whole group as I had hoped,
so dinner will be on your own. In preperation for this meeting, I hope
you will take the time to respond to David Koffman's questions about
the mission, structure and role of ICE this week if at all possible.

The University of Georgia Alumni Club is located in the Atlanta
Financial Center in the heart of Buckhead. To get to the Alumni Club
from Athens, take 316 south to I- 85 south. Exit I-85 at the Cheshire
Bridge/Lenox Rd. exit (#88). Turn north away from I-85 onto Cheshire
Bridge Rd, which changes to Lenox at the Buford Highway intersection.
Turn left onto Peachtree Rd. SOUTH. At the fourth light, turn left into
the Atlanta Financial Center parking lots. The Alumni Club is in the
SOUTH TOWER, Suite 210. If you need to reach them, call 404/266-2NAA.
