I agree with David's assessment. See pictures on Hardy's Gastropods website hosted by Conchology.be. It is listed there as Mareleptopoma iredalei (Bavay).

I can’t attest to a species-level ID but looks close to Sansonia iredalei (Bavay, 1922) as in Okutani 2000 (1st edition) Marine Mollusks in Japan, p. 144-5.
