Hello,
Can someone help me out on this problem?  How do I debug my weather
files in DSSATv4?  The message "floating point division zero" keeps
coming as the error message if I try to import the daily weather data
into the weatherman. I have been trying to debug using the gargh
component in weatherman. How does one enter monthly targets or data into
weatherman programs?
Can someone recommend a funding agency for me to seek sponsorship for
the coming training program in Georgia?
