Is it possible that on (or near) line 157 your columns are not lined
up correctly?  DSSAT uses fixed format when it reads files so
shifting a number one or two spaces to the right or left can cause
problems.

One other stupid question.  Did you look at line 157 or day-of-year (DOY) 157?
