Dear Henk, I have a single specimen labelled as Eremina inexpectata Pallary, . It is not self collected and I do not recall seeing a description for this species, but it is a distinctively keeled medium sized shell with semi-reticulate sculpture. Locality is Tah, West Sahara (South Tarfaya, Morocco) under rocks in desert by J.Ahuir, May l995 Regards Geoff >From: Henk and Zvia Mienis <[log in to unmask]> >Reply-To: Conchologists of America List <[log in to unmask]> >To: [log in to unmask] >Subject: Eremina inexspectata Llabador, 1960 >Date: Fri, 24 Nov 2000 23:33:17 +0200 > >Dear landsnail collectors among the Conchlers, > >Who is in the possession of specimens belonging to >Eremina inexspectata Llabador, 1960 described from >Tane-Tane, Rio de Oro, (Spanish Sahara)? >I need this information for an upcoming note on the >similarity in form between that rare species and the >much more common Eremina irregularis zitteli >(O.
