There are several articles in the the Archive
site at http://www.cowrys.org/archive/
from the past issues of the Hawaiian Shell News.
I recall one about the Dentalium and at least two
others.

For those who have encountered (or NOT encountered,
as the case had been) missing documents in the "old"
GeoCities site, each page now has been restored except
that it holds only a link to the site given above.
(Sorry, but it doesn't take you directly its counter-
part document, just the main page of the Archive site.)
