Hi, Conch-Lers!

Since many of you are much more computer-savvy than I, perhaps you can help in my sending some shells to a young woman in Taiwan.

In sending me her address, my e-mail rread at the top:

        Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

What I don't know is when parts of the message are followed by

"+20" Do I disregard this, e.g. the end of the address is

"Taiwan 202=20" ? My e-mail support line guy didn't even
know the answer to this! (SOMEDAY I MUST GET A GOOD
COMPUTER!)

Thanks,
Linda
