WAIT!

Before you go in and delete what is very likely a Javascript system file,
let's have some
verification that this is a file to delete...

There are 15 files in my C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ folder with EXACTLY the same
date
and time as the named file.

Please explain WHERE you got the information to delete this file.
