Blocked messages This is a issue I have taken up with my ISP on more than one occasion. In many cases the issue is a little more straight forward than you may think. The internet has a global routing system with registries etc. If a particular domain name pushes out a lot of spam, it is often listed as such on the routing system logs. Whether or not it is blocked coming to you is a function of the ISP you acquire your service from, and how stringent their filtering regiment is. This is done in two parts, one is a decision based upon the router logs, the other is actual experiences of the ISP by way of mail sent through them. As such I have in the past had people who could receive my emails, but I could not receive theirs. The resolution was to call my ISP and have a block of their Domain address removed from the filter list. Unfortunately, this is often temporary, whereas if they get spammed again, it becomes blocked again. So you can call your ISP and discuss it with them. Hope this helped.
