Painted mappa are used for faked aurantiums but the light yellow color is
caused by slow heating a real Golden in a electric ricepot filled with
rubbing alcohol. The boiling temperature of alcohol is much lower than water
so less noticeable heat-induced stress cracks are visible though the color
change is characteristic of heating color pygments.  CHRIS:)
