Aloha Keith,
The Hawaiian Blasicula group consist of alisonae(which may revert back to
pellucens as per Melvill's earlier description), rashleighana, & latior(per
Lorenz as Melvill's 1888 description pre-dated Kay's burgessi 1983
description).

There are no true Cypraea teres teres in Hawaii. Johnson noted in Kwajalein
alisonae & teres together & illustrated this with underwater pix showing the
species characteristics. And burgessi is no longer valid. Please send me a
pix directly to my email [log in to unmask] & i'll try to help on your ID
question. Mahalo! CHRIS:)
