Linda,
It is not listed in Gary Rosenberg's Malacolog 4.0.2 which implies that there is no good published reference to it in the Atlantic.  You can write to the person who published the picture to try to find out if the location has validity.

We have found Vasum caestus at Bahia Chileno, Near Cabo San Lucas, at 15- 35
ft on a rocky reef. Sizes were from 68 - 110mm.

So they are found in the Gulf of CA. Don't know of any from the Caribbean.
