We are looking for a highly dynamic and innovative PhD student to work on large scale yield gap estimation with multi source remote sensing, crop modelling in East Africa (half French Space Agency and half CIRAD-funded). The PhD will be conducted under the supervision of Marc Corbeels (Cirad, seconded to IITA-Nairobi), François Affholder (Cirad, seconded to Univ of Maputo) and myself (Cirad, seconded to IITA-Nairobi)
