...working on a paper and am trying to find out some information about the 2 books listed at the bottom:
1984 edition:
- Does anyone have a copy?
- Need to know how many pages, plates, binding type, etc.
- A scan of the cover would be appreciated.

- was there also a Portuguese edition?
