Make sure that included in your report it has:

1. A minimum of 20 hours of extended day activities

2. A minimum of 1 hour for each day of extended day activities

3. A minimum of 20 contacts for your extended day activities

All extended day activities should involve students first and foremost. 

Events such as faculty meetings, or professional development with the school faculty, are NOT Ag Extended Day Activities.

Extended year activities occur when your school is closed. For example, holidays, saturdays. School days that you are away from school cannot be submitted as extended year hours.

Extended Day and Extended Year are never entered on the same day.
