Looking forward to the Ag Communications CDE that will take place next
week. Below are details that will help you prepare your teams for the day
of the event. Let me know if you have any questions or need

Area 4 - Effingham College and Career Academy
Area 3 - Harris County High and Jones County High

Area 4 - January 9 – Treutlen High School

Room 703 - Graphic Design/ Art Room

A Cleartouch Board will be provided for your presentation, and a computer
will be attached to that board provided by the school.


Area 3 - January 11 – Camp John Hope
Archives Room / Dining Hall
There will be a Large TV and HDMI cable available to teams as well as a
table.

*Registration: 4 PM, **Contest Starts:  4:30 PM *

*Event Details:*

At the Area Level, each student will


   - take a 25-question communications quiz
   - and a 25-question editing quiz.
   - give a team oral presentation. Each team should present its media plan
   as if pitching it to the client identified in the scenario.


*Bring to the contest:*

2 - #2 pencils

Laptop or Flash Drive with presentation
