Good morning Agents and Teachers,

Attached you will find the stalling assignments for the Breeding Ewe and Breeding Doe Shows. I did my best to make sure everyone was assigned the stalls requested but not every request could be met. However, I was able to fulfill all group request and every stall is assigned 2 or less ewes/does per stall. Please remember:

DO NOT TAKE STALLS THAT ARE NOT ASSIGNED TO YOU!

DO NOT TAKE SHAVINGS OUT OF A STALL THAT IS NOT ASSIGNED TO YOU.

Also, ewes and does are stalled together. Please remember that Does check in on Thursday but Ewes do not check in until Friday, so leave room for the ewes in your County/Chapter. Everyone has someone stalled next to them so remember that just because the stall next to you is empty for the time being does not mean it isn’t being used. Please do not take shavings from any stall not assigned to your County/Chapter.

Please pay close attention to the stalling assignments. You will notice some assignments have a “-“ while others have a “&”. The “-“ means you are assigned every stall between those two numbers (both sides of the aisle). The “&” means you are assigned ONLY those specific numbers (one side of the aisle). A layout has also been attached so please used both documents to make sure you are in the correct stalls.

If you notice a mistake on the assignments, please let me know as soon as you can.
